Encased in history, Crawford's lounge is situated within the main Mansion, the name is derived from the famous Beamish and Crawford Brewers, where the Crawford family lived here from 1905 until 1964. Crawford's lounge offers guests all the comforts of a modern hotel with food and beverage available all day, while savoring the architecture and decoration of a 19th century building. Crawford's a la carte menu runs from 12.30pm until 9.30pm daily, it offers an array of Irish and international dishes, which cater for the wide cultural palate now very much part of a modern Ireland. Special requests will always be entertained, with the ethos of flexibility and the knowledge that each staff member in the hotel is encouraged to never use the word "no" to a guest.
