The Towers Restaurant is famous for it's seafood and shellfish delicacies. Smoked specialities such as smoked salmon, eel, trout, herring haddock and mackerel. Fresh local mussels of extraordinary quality, fresh cockles, periwinkles, oysters, Coquilles St. Jacques, lobsters, crayfish prawns, sea urchins and shrimps. Deep sea catches turbot, halibut, dover sole, plaice, cod, bass, pollock, mullet, and, of course, our wonderful fresh Caragh salmon.
All the fish served in the Towers restaurant is caught in Dingle Bay which is within 20 miles of the Towers.
